I get the two part guitar sounds by playing live rhythms into an echoplex, which I then solo over. The basic groove leaves room for other people's imaginations to jump in. What sounds like bass is my thumb whacking the low E and A strings. There are lyrics for many of these songs.I began studying music in the mid 90's, after a successful and continuing career as a visual artist. This music is a melodic expansion of themes confronted in painting, such as abstraction, color, tone, rhythm, shape, line and form. All of the paintings on this page are also my work.
