Building Spires, as an entity, was summoned from ashes and decrepit flesh in the latter period of August, 2007, somewhere in the dank wilderness of an Autumn withered Pacific Northwest. A territory long riddled with clans of musicians striving for success, and carving the way for long-haired followers.
The subjective road from beginning to current, though short, has been both smooth and bumpy for Building Spires. Unveiling a simple local success that was albeit unexpected. Already smacking a drastic lineup change in the forefront of the infant band. The simultaneous departure of drummer Jon, and guitarist Matt lead to strings of phone calls and emails in a starving search for replacements. However no success was achieved. And thus, the doors and windows were closed and locked tight with metal shutters as if in an attempt to ward of those pesky Resident Evil Zombies. Fortunately or unfortunately, no one could find the key, or that ever useful shotgun. So all that is left is the original four song demo and non existent memories.
