"Perhaps when I die my friends will write on my tombstone, "here lies a dreamer" and my enemies perhaps they will write; "here lies a madman". But let no one write, "here lies a coward and a traitor to his ideals!"

Fists Up People!!!
Hello and a blessed day to anyone checking this out. This is "Junior", a young Xikano(Chicano) with a warrior spirit like my grandmas and grandpas before me. Currently I am working on my M.F.A. in Film Production at the best film school on the freakin planet,
University of Southern California School Of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles "It wouldn't be LA without Mexicans!"
Straight from the barrio of Dogpatch in the East Side of Pueblo Colorado, to the best film school in the world representin for my people!! Check the Video below
Fight On Trojans!!
Here I am "with the inspiration of Kuitlahuac, the spirit of Kuahtemoc, the fury of Emiliano Zapata, the prayer of Donaciano Gomez, the class of the Pachuco, the style of the Cholo, the power of every Brown fist that has picked the crops that have fed this continent for centuries," and with the click clack of my Kali sticks. But anyway, I consider myself very spritual but not so much religious, there is a big difference. My grandma and mom raised me Catholic and although I have the greatest respect for their prayers; since learning my history and about the struggle that my ancestors endured and the struggle I was born into, I cannot and do not consider myself Catholic anymore. Now I struggle everyday, to reclaim that connection to my ancestors and the way of life that they lived, all those fallen warriors with painted faces, all those grandmas and grandpas with nothing but a prayer and a sacred life, all those ones who used to watch the night sky making calculations with little sticks so they could understand the cosmos, the ones who lined up their cities with the sun and stars. I search for that connection to the past for my future and the future of the next seven generations. I try and cary with respect that Kali Marquina fire and keep it burning in a good place in my heart like my Kuyas @ P.W.I.A. I'm trying to stay alive out the barrio into film school, now living in a Fox-11-News type of krazier barrio in West Los. But I thank The Creator daily, nightly and in between, front-back-side-to-side, I'm staying alive and trying to always keep things positive and moving forward.
