Let’s just say I’m passionate and focused. Passionate about love, life, friends, my job(Personal Training), and particularly fitness!! Most people would say I have a dominant personality; I call it confidence (AHH HA HA) jk. I know what I want. I have very high expectations for myself and expect the same from others. I’m athletic, sane, insane and driven. I love being with my family and friends! I luv music and going to concerts (cures my inner hippie ;-), I luv the outdoors….beaches and traveling, and a new chapter of luv in my life is working on my Muay Thai kickboxing, jujitsu and Mixed Martial Arts, I'll be in the ring soon!!!!!!!!! The gym is my refuge, my playground, my therapy. It’s never a chore for me; it’s the highlight of my day. It’s a lifestyle for me. To me life is what you make it…..either get busy dying or get busy living. I ask questions, I analyze, I respond. I’m motivated by what’s inside me. Give it everything you have; strength responds to a need, not a desire. You must create that need; it won’t happen without effort. Friendship is everything to me. Gain my respect and affection, and you’ve gained someone who will lay down his life for you. I have a big heart and I’m very protective of those close to me.As a Personal Trainer, my goal is to give you the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle. I will help you understand how proper exercise and diet can greatly improve your overall quality of life. I have been trained in several areas of fitness including Weight loss, Strength training, Gaining muscle, Toning, Cardio conditioning, Kickboxing, Assisted stretch and Injury rehab. Dedication and consistency will be required from you to help me reach your goals, and improve your Fitness.
