I grew up in a cold cheese store just the other side of Cheddar all the way down there in Somerset. It was a lovely time; we'd sit and listen to stories from the more mature cheeses for days on end, such sweet sweet memories. Then one day is was time to roll from the nest, I vacuumed packed and made my way to the big smoke, where I too have matured into a wonderfull piece of cheddar. I have a tasty piece of Cheshire cheese as a partner and a tiny babybell that we’re both very proud of!
