____________________WWW.SAULE.IT_________________________ SAULE KILAITE, DI ORIGINE LITUANA, VIOLINISTA E PIANISTA di formazione classica, laureata in violino e pianoforte al Conservatorio di Kaunas (Lituania), successivamente ha conseguito il 2° diploma in Italia al Conservatorio di Brescia. Ha partecipato ai numerosi corsi di perfezionamento e d'interpretazione violinistica non solo nel campo della musica classica ma anche jazz, gipsy, etno-folk e altri stili musicali. Solista del “Picasso Strings Project”, un quartetto d’archi femminile, con il quale ha affrontato diverse collaborazioni nel campo televisivo, live concert e incisioni in studio. Negli ultimi anni ha collaborato con artisti di fama, italiana ed internazionale: Ennio Morricone, Laura Pausini, Eros Ramazzotti, Lee Ryan dei Blue, Gianna Nannini, Matia Bazar, Cesare Cremonini ed altri. Ha partecipato a numerosi passaggi televisivi su tutte le principali reti nazionali, in programmi come: "Che tempo che fa"; "Carramba che sorpresa"; "Domenica In"; "Quelli che il Calcio"; “Top of the pops”; "Cd Live"; “Buona Domenica”; “Festival Bar”; il reality show “Music Farm”; "Amici"; "X Factor". Richiesta per copertine ed interviste di varie riviste del settore, ha girato una parte come violinista nel film di prossima uscita: “Still Life” e recentemente ha esordito come presentatrice nel programma “Freedom” su Rai 2, presentando l'ultimo lavoro discografico di Sting. L’artista attualmente è impegnata nel tour del suo concerto-spettacolo teatrale “Violin Performance” in Italia e in Europa. She has played for many orchestras in Milan and the outer city. In January 2001, she set up the "Picasso Strings Project" with the ambitious aim of combining various art forms; with this group, she took part in increasingly important engagements in TV shows, live pop concerts and studio recordings. She has taken part in the recording sessions for many film soundtracks and CDs of Italian pop stars; she has also held hundreds of concerts with her quartet, with famous light-music singers and as a soloist within her new project “Violin Performance”; she has appeared in numerous television shows on the main national channels next to celebrities such as Ennio Morricone, Laura Pausini, Eros Ramazzotti, Lee Ryan of Blue, Gianna Nannini, Matia Bazar and other artists. In 2005, Saule broadened her artistic horizon with interviews and appearances on magazine covers; she also took part as guest star in the film “Still Life”. She is currently working on a live performance project with her ethnic band. Together with her team, she is gathering new ideas and tracks for her next CD.
