I lived in Wisconsin for the better part of my life, however most of my childhood was spent in other states. I was born in Janesville, WI in 1975. My father went to the Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO to become an ordained minister. Every two years we moved from one church to another. His first church was in Menominee, MI; then he moved to Kelliher, MN; Mora, MN; and Valentine, NE was his final church. He decided to go back to college and moved to Kearney, NE. When he received his degree we moved to Omaha, NE. We lived there for 6 months and this was when I was starting high school. My grandfather died a couple years before we moved, so my father wanted to move back to Wisconsin to be close to his mother. I've been living in Green Bay, WI ever since then. It was difficult having to constantly adjusting to new places. It did give me an appreciation for the diversity of our country. Since I was always a "new kid" I can understand what people that aren't accepted better, because I've gone through it so much of it myself. I do have a great amount of moral convictions thus my conservative outlook on life. But I do keep an open mind and willing to listen to other people's views. Nobody has all the answers and it's always good to hear from another's perspective. After my parents divorce and when I moved out on my own I looked into certain things that were always considered "sinful" by my parents. Heavy metal or any non-Christian music was always told to be evil. I believe most of that was from hearsay from other people in the religious community and with the feeling that we didn't know right from wrong. The same thing could be said about television, movies, radio, comics, and now days video games. My view is that I need to research why something is being said is bad versus just taking it at face value.I am a people person and love to communicate with others; however I prefer the old ways better. There is only so much a person can do via the internet. Nothing beats a table-top discussion. I would like to meet and build a dialog with fellow game developers. I also like being able to "talk" to people that I find interesting (e.g. Mythbusters). I'm pretty much tired of internet dating.Myspace Codes
