It all started when Cody was given his first pair of decks at the age of 16. Now 23, Cody Williams, also known by his production alias Eargazm or Mixed Breed, has been a fixture on the breakbeat scene in New Orleans, LA, as both a DJ and a producer. In the last few years his unique obsession with tech funk, that takes influence from tech and tribal house, techno and electro, has forced him to fuse all these genres with his trademark breakbeat feel in all his work. His genre defying sound is also reflected in his DJ sets and is sure to appeal to both house and breakbeat enthusiasts.Cody is no stranger to the ‘Big Easy’ nightlife. After performing at many venues , he felt he needed to play to bigger crowds. Getting involved with Disco Productions allowed him to play alongside DJ Icey, Micro, Simply Jeff, Baby Anne, and Stryfe. After playing at these huge lavish rave parties he found himself drawn to the art of producing.After acquiring a love for producing, Cody has future plans of incoroporating a digital platform into his DJ sets.
