soooo, not too sure what to put here...so, i'll start with what makes the most sense: confessions :-D in middle school, when Kriss Kross said they'd make us "Jump, Jump", I tried to wear my pants backwards like them...come on, you know you did, too. what else...i think I'm addicted to Duncan Donuts coffee (taste so good once it hits your lips)...which leads me to - i probably quote movies too much (all the comedies, of course)...ummm, i think i have a man-crush on Brian Urlacher from the Chicago Bears (please don't bring up the Super Bowl - that ain't right)...and for some reason, the music of Lional Richie really speaks to me. that should suffice for now. :-)
back to business - i can't WAIT to connect with all my Texas and Chicago peeps!!! it's been a fun ride these past years...i'd love to hear your story and catch up on life. drop me a line - we have lots to catch up on! ha -
lastly, i must say that through these experiences, the single Greatest life-lesson i've learned thus far has been simply this: that God loves me unconditionally - no strings attached. despite years of me being far from Him, i found that He loved me for who i was...broken, selfish, and messed up. i learned that i could have a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ, and that through Him i would find forgiveness, healing, and a life filled with Purpose. it all started when a buddy simply took time to talk to me about my spiritual journey in college...and my life has been changed ever since. if you'd like to chat about your journey, i'd love to chat with ya. it fires me up to see folks ask sincere questions - there's humility and bravery in that.
anyway - i have 2 amazing parents (whom i cherish more as i get older)...and have 1 awesome brother. Speaking of which...my bro is in Dallas, he's 34...great with kids, and very eligible! Ha :-) let me know if you want to meet him and i might give you his number!!
