About Me

All attitude.:) I am one of the strangest people you ill ever meet. I am a very laid-back girl from a small town in New Hampshire, but who really wants to get out into a metropolitan area. I am a flautist and contralto, and I play other instruments. I hate school, but I love to learn about just about everything. I am a hard-core liberal, but with friends of all political persuasions. I am very much a loner, I love working with children, I consider myself gender-neutral, and despite a reserved nature, have very social moments. I am autistic, too, and have a dark, quiet personality. One thing I pride myself on is being intellectual. Highly sensitive and dominant are other adjectives used to describe me, though I have periods of submission, too.I have never, ever wanted to have a baby, though I often entertained the notion of adopting older children. Ever since I was little, I either wanted to adopt at least one older child and raise her alone, with an unmarried partner, or just be single, whether I am totally single or in a relationship. I did mention, I hope, that I am a loner, so I would spend more time running away from people than being with them, and I cannot really see a lover or a child taking that all that well. A career is a must for me.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet the perfect girl or boy at the Folsom Street Fair. Or a really romantic solo musician. But I am extremely proud and happy being single, so I have no interest in actively pursuing anyone. The thought of marriage makes my skin crawl. Burn the white wedding dress! Domestic partnership is a definite possibility, but I am very much a realist when it comes to matters of the heart. I expect nothing except to give it my best shot, and see where it goes. I want to meet artistic people, scientific people, hard-core liberals like myself, and just about anyone else who is not a total ignoramus, has an edge, and is open and warm and hopefully is up for adventure and the bizarre.:) Actually, I'd love to meet just about anyone...whether I like them or not depends on how the meeting goes! But in any case, I am open to at least one meeting, no matter who you are.:)
