I grew up in a small village in the Bernese Oberland, probably the most beautiful region of Switzerland...;). After school, aprenticeship and studies, I worked for an international company, which allowed me to travel a lot to foreign countries and as well meeting as working with local people (I got a complete different view about their life than a tourist....would be healthy for many others too). Now I have a job based in Switzerland and now I mainly travel abroad just for my vacation. One of my favourite destinations is the Dominican Republic. Most probably because I speek some Spanish too. I love the beach and the sea in order to relax and to tank up energy!
I am a rather tall and strong built man which loves to work in a good team where everyone helps each other without always having to ask for help. If you have experienced that once, you wont like to miss it... it is the most funny and productive way of getting things done. Thats why I try hard to form this kind of environment every time I have to work with people. Well, sometimes it is not possible.....even with all effort I put in.
Since I was a child, I hate it when stronger people take advantage or make fun of week ones. Already at that time, when I had enough seen, I took their part and then.....the strong ones became week....;).
Most probably thats one of the reasons why chlidren usually like me. They feel if someone is protective, especially the small ones. As I like children, some years ago I took the decision to spend some of my free time to work as a Sundayschool teacher. Sometimes it is not very easy....children can be very demanding....but on the other hand I get also a lot back from them. If I hit a topic in which they are intrested...then it takes off and is just pure fun! To work with children and teenagers keeps you young, thats for sure.
