About Me

Existence is Vague, commonly referred to as EIV in their home town of Bel Air, was formed in 2005 as It Ends Here, but has since then gone though many different name changes and member line ups. Although ZT and Zach are the only two original members, Tom was invited to play with them in 2006, and his connection with the other members was immediate. Beginning as a 3 piece in August of 2006, they quickly realized where they wanted the music that they were so passionate about to take its root. Being influenced by great bands such as Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, Haste the Day, Misery Signals, Norma Jean and The Burning Season, the music that comes forth from EIV is full of energy and fun with an intense hardcore edge. In March of 2007 EIV invited Chris and Devon into the band with eager anticipation of what would come about...the addition was transforming. Later in the year, Devon was no longer in the band and Marc Cusack joined and took Tom's place as drummer, allowing Tom to take over lead vocals. With the 5 piece now working together, it can only get better, and they are exited to see it go to the next level. EIV welcomes any opportunities to play shows with open arms and are eager to get out there and just spread the music that they love with everyone that will hear...and maybe even dance.

Spread EIV, not HIV!
