Life is tough, today i have to go to the wake for a dear friend of mine, she had a really hard life and cancer took it's toll on her. She was young too, maybe just over 50

This morning i went to Weight Watchers, it's two years ago today that i joined, thankfully i got good news, i went down another 1.6, for a grand total of 59 pounds. Needless to say i feel wonder...
