Hi, welcome to my page! I'm a freelance violinist and violin teacher based in the North West of England and I live in 'sunny' Manchester, where I'm sure it rains EVERY day!
I'm a graduate of Leeds College of Music where I came away with a BA (Hons) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Performance. While there I studied the violin under Ray Sidebottom and David Greed.
It was in my final year at college that I formed The Magenta String Quartet who perform concerts throughout the UK and play for weddings and functions etc.
My freelance work includes playing with 'The Magenta String Quartet' as well as other quartets, 'Manchester Concert Orchestra', 'Skipton Camerata', 'Mowbray Orchestra', various shows, and recording for various artists including 'A Cuckoo', 'iLiKETRAiNS', 'Pilla', 'Organiq Music' and Joe Longthorn.
