I'm a 22-year old girl, who is studying Modern India. I'm learning Hindi at the moment, and I'm learning Indian history, mostly about the time of the British imperium. My goal is to work in developing aid projects, but it'll probably take around 5 years in university before I'll be smart enough to do that. I love travelling. If there was one thing I could do for the rest of my life, travelling would be it. There is nothing compared to the feeling of freedom you have when you live in your backpack and go from place to place and see things you could never imagine, meet so many awesome people from all over the world and see how different cultures can be. I have interrailed around Europe 2 times and I have travelled around Asia (Thailand, Laos and Cambodia) by myself. My latest trip I went to the Philliphines, where I was representing Denmark at the beauty pagent Miss Earth 2006. It was very fancy, and we lived on 5-starred hotels, and we were really famous on the Philiphines. We couldn't go anywhere without security. It was fun to try, but I definetely prefer backpacking..
