My real name is Luc Rigaux and I'm a music producer for 20 years.
I produced my own hits like the classic techno hit APOTHEOSIS " O FORTUNA "and the commercial summer dance track PARADISIO " BAILANDO " which was covered by Loona and later by Crazy Frog.
Lately I had 5 top 10 hits including Ritmo Bros "Suavemente", Lindsay "Mes rêves" produced for national TV, winner of Eurokids song contest, Graffitti Project "Aline" which was also nr1 in Israel and MegamixMaster vol 1 & 2 (mixed compilations as my famous Dance Computer).
I'm still producing lots of tracks mainly dance music (all styles) and R&B.
MY STORY :
I was the founder member of the famous mixing team " THE UNITY MIXERS " I created and mixed the great " DANCE COMPUTER " series and lots of other megamixes such as TECHNO COMPUTER, TOP HITS MEGAMIX, UNITY MIX, DISCO DANCE CLASSICS 3, HAPPY MIX, DANCE XPLOSION, CLUB SYSTEM, MIXMANIA…etc. I made mixes (Queen, Depeche mode) released on MUSIC FACTORY MASTERMIXES and the TECHNOTRONIC megamix was also a very big success and reached top of the charts in many countries. (SHEP PETTIBONE did a TECHNOTRONIC megamix for USA and used most of the FX I created. On ly his name was credited).I also remixed or produced such artist as TECHNOTRONIC, ROZLYNE CLARKE (Unity Power mixes), P. LION, CONFETTI’S, GIBSON BROTHERS, BREAK MACHINE, CORONA, LATINO PARTY, SANTA ESMERALDA, NATURAL BORN DEEJAYS, BENNY B, TWENTY 4 SEVEN, CORONA…etc.I produced several n°1 club hits.
ABOUT MEGAMIXES :
I’ve always been a big megamix fan.My passion started when I heard on a local radio a megamix called " AL DENTE " I was completly crazy about it and I immediatly rushed to a record shop to buy it. They knew nothing about this track so I phoned to the radio and the dj told me I had to go to a record dj shop to find it coz bootlegs were sold only " under the table " I finally got it (it was very expensive) and had one main target : to be able to do the same ! ! ! I started to develop my own style of mixing with two tape recorder (I used them as a multitrack) and I did lots of FX with the pause button (even too much).Later I discovered DMC mixes and I was very influenced by PAUL DAKEYNE, SANNY X and the MAX MIX team TONY PERET & JOSE CASTELLS (respect to all)). I learnt a lot by listenning to their mixes and I started working with a sampler machine (AKAI S900) to do lots of new FX.My first official release was a NEW BEAT mix.Two years later, I created DANCE COMPUTER…..
