About Me

XBloome are Bel's sense giving voice and her violin, Hannes at the Korg to supply the electronic framework, Peter and his perfectionist digital drum samples and Bernhard playing porn inspired bass lines. Since summer 2008 Berni - the trompete-player - plays at the band Since they are between 26 and 29 years of age, they can look back at the times when they played in punkrock and indie-rock bands. But their role models changed - Portishead, Massive Attack, Ladytron and IAMX appeared on their favourite playlists. And they decided to play new sounds as a homage to them. "It is all about the beauty of life and its colourful facets, the dark and the bright sides and fairytale-like stories that appear as a result. The songs are basically about modern life, stressful times and the same old thoughts and feelings that haven..'t changed in the history of mankind."..
