Since they arrived on Earth 100’s of thousands of years ago. The caveman was readily available for genetic splicing. Giving them a "primitive worker", or "the adam" a half nefilim, and half caveman offspring. Not as smart and advanced as a nefilim, but not as rough and "unwise" as a caveman.
