About Me

The Banker Man, he let into me and spread my name around He thinks I ain't got a lick of sense cause I talk slow and my money's spent Now, I ain't the type to hold it against, but he better stay off my farm Cause it was my Daddy's and his Daddy's before and his Daddy's before and his Daddy's before Five generations of an unlocked door and a loaded burglar alarm.

My Interests

Photography, music, meeting and hanging out with new people. All other art as well. I take interest in a lot of things, even the things I hate interest me.

I'd like to meet:

My doppelganger

Music:

Soul music is so important to me. Aside from that, I love Ryan Adams and Okkervil River. They have so much versatility, instrumentation and emotion. In the right situation, ANY kind of music can be good. There's no such thing as BAD music, just bad choices.

Movies:

I like a lot of styles. Really into a Woody Allen kick right now, and a lot of 70's films are kicking my ass right now...amazing stuff! My Neighbor Totoro is the best thing ever animated!!!

Television:

I've been watching some shows from the 70's. Man...but not that 70's Show.

Books:

Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Enough said. I'm starting to realize that the true sign of a really good book lies in its impossibility to make a movie out of it.

Heroes:

70's heroes, like Marc Bolan and Cat Stevens. No one has ever been as smooth and stylin' as Otis Redding.

On Chicken Noodle Soup...

So I'm a recent vegetarian of about 9 months to a year or so. My decision was based purely on animal rights. Now to be honest, I'll have the occasional craving for the meat, but I can hold off just th...
