About Me
A much better person for having Sean Devlin as a friend!Drummer for The Verge & Mary.
http://myspace.com/wearethevergeLike Jeffrey Foskett my musical epiphany was also February 9th 1964...The Beatles on Ed Sullivan-----------I am a lucky dude who was born in upper NY and grew up in Oklahoma City. Quite the "Beaver Cleaver" experience. Like Alice Cooper, I ran cross country and track. I attended Oklahoma State University, majored in political science and enjoyed my time on campus living in the Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) House. While serving as a Carter delegate, I got to meet Jimmy Carter and as a precinct captain, gave him victories in two precincts in the 1976 Presidential Election. After my OKC new wave band, The Reactions, broke up, I moved to NYC and pursued my musical dreams while establishing a career in the textile industry as a schmataologist working for Levi's Battery Group, Perry Ellis America, Alexander Julian, LeSportsac and Park B Smith and Dream World International. I attended the 1987 Sun Bowl where it snowed in El Paso for the first time in history as the Cowboys defeated West Virginia. In 1988, I met my brother in San Diego for the Holiday Bowl and saw Barry Sanders run circles around Wyoming. I recieved a guest pass to see Bill Clinton's acceptance speech at Madison Square Garden in 1992 and later met Bill Bradley when he ran for President in 2000. I married Janet, a kindegarten teacher, in 1997. We were still in Manhattan when my daughter was born in 2000. My bands Voodoo Martini and The Scarlet Dukes played at The Greatest Bar On Earth, in Windows On The World, One World Trade Center, 102nd floor, several times. We moved to South Jersey after the birth of my son in 2002. No plans to run for political office yet. Interested in Lean Production and Project Management.BANDS I HAVE PLAYED IN:
