To bring everyone up to speed on what I've been doing since high school:
I went to Purdue and got my bachelors in Computer Graphics Technology. I got to live in Japan for 3 months when I was 19 and went back for a few visits. After graduating from Purdue in 3.5 years, I went to the University of Central Oklahoma for Grad School. I met John (my husband) there.
I first saw him at a gallery opening called "The Fetish Ball" then again at school. As it turns out we were only hours away from seeing each other at the same Irish pub on St. Patty's day that year. He was shy so he didn't flirt back but he found my profile on Match.com and contact me through there. Shortly after he moved in with me and after 4 months of dating we got married on November 22nd 2002. We've been married for almost 5 years now.
When I finished my MBA in Marketing, we moved up to Chicago (4 years ago). He's starting his own web design shop. I am leaving my job with DoubleClick/Google as a Program Manager - Natural Search. I was hoping Google would keep my part of DoubleClick after the deal was final but they have decided to sell us off.
