Hi Ya'll! Thanks for stopp'n by....With brother hawk soarinig high above our log cabin, Virgil and I find peace and quiet on Ishee Ridge in the hills of TN. Here we escape the negativity of the outside world and make our home with 3 dogs, Rosco, Belle (American bulls) and Trouble, toy poodle and one cat, Rascal. I have a son, Steve, who is a retired NYPD Scuba DIver and is a real trip! He is married to a great woman, Susie and they have two beautiful daughters, Gabrielle, 13 and Jess, 10. Steve also rides motorcycles Virgil and I were married Dec. 18, 1994 with about 1000 people and 700 Harleys at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola. It was a wild and crazy wedding, with Santa giving me away on back of a HD to Born to Be Wild our wedding march. Virgil said he was going to dance a jig and dance he did, I cracked up laugh'n and laughed all the way down to the stage with 700 bikes revved up, the ground shook It was a great wedding!. Virgil started the STEPCHILD Band down in Pensacola back in the 80s and they took Battle of the Bands for 3 years over at Ft Walton. Virgil has a daughter Brandy, 27 who lives in Pensacola area with our three grandchildren, Hagen, Mikey and Yazmine, who is a little doll. It was because of Virgil's talent we moved to TN. where he wanted to start a new band. After meeting David Henley, at D-H Cycle, they got together and Henley got Johnson who played bass and also rode, and then Church who played drums and then Archie came aboard. That was the beginning for Hwy 41 Blues. They split for a couple years but have gotten back together and are working on some new tunes for their next cd. You can catch their link on our site. The tune Greeze My Skillet is one Virgil wrote...it's a true story!! When VIrgil performs, he kicks ass! He puts his heart and soul into his show and the folks love to see him perform. Virgil also plays a bad ass harmonica on many of his songs. With Virgil being lead singer and harmonica player with Hwy 41 Blues Band, we stay busy with his singing. 41 likes the blues southern fried and they kick ass when they do their show. They have opened for Dereck Trucks (Allman Brothers), Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Tommmy Crane and the Cross Town All Stars (formerly with Charlie Daniels) and played with blues legend Lonnie Mack.Hwy 41 Blues also opened the Bessie Smith Strut down in Chattanooga. When VIrgil's not sing'n the blues , he's rock'n with our friendd Uncle Tom and his musician friends. They do Led Zepplin, AC_DC, Beatles, and other classics. We like a variety of music. I started riding when riding wasn't cool. Still have my 2nd bike, a 67 R 69S BMW that I got in 74. I've put over 450,000 on it and it's only been in the shop 5x. Love my bike. Virgil bought me a 78 Shovel HD in 98 and he rides a 69 FLH. I was eleected State Director for BMW RIDERS and put on the High South Rally at Beech Mountain in NC. Moved to Tombstone and bartended at Big Nose Kate's and did the shoot out shows in the streets. While there, I went to Hollywood and got a gig as Hot Lips Houlihan lookalike at Ron Smith Celebrity Studios. I did a few gigs and worked with Marv Klein Hawkeye lookalike in Hollywood and another job in Chicago. It was a hoot! After 17 years I have completed my manuscript and sent it in to be edited. Currently working on fine details and cover template layout. I'm excited about it, finally comoing out. For the past 12 years I have organized the Highway 41 Toy Convoy. We started this with ABATE, but they soon folded, It was quit of keep the convoy rolling. I chose to keep the convoy rolling. On the first Sunday of every November, the only convoy of its type rolls. ..

My good friend, blues and rock legend, Lonnie Mack joined the convoy in 2000 and gave the crowd a special performance. With Virgil's experience and the pride he takes in his work, VIRGIL TREE,is the best tree service around. It keeps us running every day We both are firm believers that what goes around comes around and sooner or later whatever bad you do is going to come back and bite you in the butt and whatever good you do, God will take care of that for you. Karma is the world's way of getting even for the universe. Don't forget, thank God for your blessings. We do everyday!Cannot stand liars and phoneys. I definitely agree with Faith Hill, about these bitches that think they can grab your ole man any time they want. It's not only disrespectful, it just lowers their already no class, trashy selves to the bottom of the skanky bitche list! It's also a good way to get your ass whipped!! I want the fans to enjoy Virgil's singing, but they can do that without grab'n him. That's like me walking up to a total stranger in the mall and grab''n him! What's up with that?! Our friends in the music world keep our life full of new songs and I want to say ,"Thanks, we really enjoy it! Hope to catch you on the road!
