*** Hi I'm Al, 50+ & married (recomend that to anyone) to Ali'. Interested in many, many diverse things but if it's machinery it really interests me. Been working in aircraft maintenance since I was 16 (Lo these many years ago). Main mechanical claim to fame is owning & riding the same bike (Moto Guzzi) for over 20 years but it eventually went the way of my Bonnie's, AJ's, Ariels etc. Current bike is a Yam 900 diversion but it dosn't hold my interest, it starts when you push the button & go's where you point it, bit like a 2 wheeled ford! Anyway you're never to old for 2 wheels but I keep falling off when I commute in icy weather so maybe it's time to try a trike? Current (extended) family is one girl at college, one boy at uni' and dozens of children we have fostered around the country (most satisfying, great sense of achivement). Anyroad up that'll do for now. *** ***
