DJ Caro² / Club Fiilis
Early ages
Born in Kotka, Finland, 7th of August 1980. Started to take Piano lessons at the age of five and later on played the keyboards in several smaller bands.
Started to listen electronic music in the early '90s. Composed music with Impulse tracker in the mid '90s and started deejaying in the late '90s.
Today
Nowadays Caro² a resident DJ of Finnish club called Fiilis (Engl. Club Feeling). Fiilis is a Club for Soulful Dance Music, aka House.
His style
Happy and energetic club beats flavoured with strong vocals, happy pianos, horns, strings, or various more or less acoustic instruments. He likes to call it under the name "Rainbow house".
Photographing
Caro² is also know in the field of club event photographing under his real name Karo Holmberg. He is a part of a finnish club event photocrew SESSIONS2 .
With who?
In the field of event photographing he has been involved with some of the biggest events and organisations in Finland (DanceteriA, Pacifique, Fury, Millennium, Planet Of Love..).
Where?
Mainly photographing club scene all around Finland, but while travelling, he has also photographed the life and clubs at ibiza, like Privilege, Pacha, Eden, Cafe Del Mar, Mambo.
