About Me

The fact that you have a qualification that cannot be used is a reality that's hard to accept. However, searching for means to practice what you've learnt is one of the most meaningfull moments in life, be it ethical or non-ethical. The name is azhar, a struggling musician, and a struggling IT practiotioner that just graduated with a degree that can't promise a job in the mentioned field. I'm also working full-time in a private educational institute to support my way through life...
I perceive music as a sacred element, which should be used for good intentions. Hence, it's an innocent element that should not be forbidden if wisely used. Those who misused it are the ones who I describe as a devil in disguise. Curse them!
I also curse the following people:
+Those people who believe 100% of any media content they watch and/or read (without making any research), especially those who watch CNN, and those who read HARIAN METRO and MASTIKA!+
+Supporters to the government that corrupts the country and its people.+
+fickled minded people who only knows how to comment a person's weaknesses, but could not give any suggestions on how to improve.+

My Interests

Meeting People.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone, especially:

+sincere music practitioners.+

+people who only see and appreciate the positive side of others and...+

+that little princess who always calls me guardian angel. Miss her 24/7.+

may her dreams

come true...

sometimes attitude is just enough...

At first, I really have no idea why I wanted to revise this track I've practiced last year, but in the beginning of June 2008, AC/DC's "Back in Black" has again struck my chord! This time, I was just ...

pay to play?

It's almost June 2008, and it reminds me of one of the gigs I played with one of my former bands. Funny thing is we didn't get paid for the show, but were very passiona...

guitarists/musicians: words to ponder...

From time to time, you may be unmotivated to practice new things or perhaps the things you've been practicing for the past 2 weeks, which makes you feel want to give it a rest. Resting for n...

kumoi pentatonic?

It may not be new to you, if you've played some of Marty Friedman's guitar compositions before, however, it might be new to you who never listens to Megadeth or Cacophony.      &nb...

incorporating techniques in guitar solo arrangements

February is the month that made me recall all of the solo skills that I've learnt, in order to apply to a current song I'm writing...  Some of you might come to a circumstance when...

the beauty of simplicity

December...while I was composing a new Black Metal song, all of a sudden I was "hitted" by something that I've thought about long time ago (when I was still playing in an indie band, ba...

coincidence between srv and vai?

The month of November starts with an awe to one composition that I first listened, which I think sounds a bit the same with another composition that I have heard before...Not accusing anybody of ...

reaction to those motherfuckers

It was somewhere around October 2005 that I felt really pissed off with some of the irresponsible Malaysian media parties that made bull statements on Black Metal. So, below expresses my thoughts...
