About Me

I am a Christian who currently works as a zoo keeper in the midwest. I have been saved by God's grace and not of anything that I have done. I am justified by faith in Jesus Christ alone and since becoming saved I read the Bible, fellowship with other believers and enjoy sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with people whenever the opportunity comes my way.

I enjoy day hiking, biking, going to the movies and watching baseball. In 2007 I visited Rocky Mountain National Park near Estes Park, Colorado to do some biking and hiking in the mountains. It was quite relaxing!
In recent years I visited Utah where I hiked in Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. I also visited Arches National Park which is a great place to hike, shoot photography and cycle. A few years ago I went to Yellowstone National Park.
I love to take pictures of all the zoo animals I work with on my digital camera. I currently work with black bears, pronghorn, a bobcat, a North American porcupine, raptors and 2 arctic foxes. I have worked with an extensive amount of other exotic animals such as tigers, lions, hippos and colobus monkeys.
