- A woman in Stilettos
People who can chat about life, liberty, and the pursuit of whatever...
"...And I know we have to go, I realize. We only get to stay so long. Always have to go back to our real lives, where we belong... where we belong..." Robert Smith pretty much nailed it.
I find that most people talk and not listen, which is a shame.
I do not wish to talk to people who claim they have bipolar or other mental problems, nor do I want to talk to people who are on medication for such problems. I find that instead of dealing with the problem, people just opt for medication. And remember, if you were crazy, you wouldn't be on myspace, for that matter.
Also, learn to wait for your chance to speak, don't interrupt someone who is speaking. It's rude and annoying.
Also, If I add you or your band, do NOT put a stupid message saying, thanks for the add, advertise your band gig on my page, or some typical comment on my page like wishing me a happy new year or holiday (these kinds of messages, happy holidays or the like, are only welcomed from people I actually know in person or I have conversations with.)
If you're a clothing company, do not at me. I do not care if you think that I would like it or even if I am wearing something from them.
If you are a band that is trying to add me, then do keep in mind that you are leaving yourselves open to critic. I will tell you if I like you and why, and if I don't like you and why. It's constructive criticism. It's only fair if I have to spend time to listen to it.
If you are a person, send me a message because I do not add myspace whores. Those who are, have no value in this life and should be painfully put out of their misery.
Listen to the silence, let it ring on.
