About Me

What you are about to read are just words on a paper that anyone could write up, just another story, probably in your eyes. But if you listen to "Lodi: the Turning Point" and pay attention to what Lodi is saying, how he says it, how the songs are put together, and everything that it is and what it stands for, you will see that Lodi is not just another perspiring rapper, but a future legend. You will see that this man will change the way people listen to music, and people will want to hear what he has to say. You will see him touch the hearts of many and not lose his ground. No B.S. I promise you this. Born and raised in Uniontown Ohio, Nicholas A. Monter (Lodi) grew up listening to all the pop music from the 80's and the progressing rap from the early 90's. His idols are Phil Collins and the Notorious B.I.G. (Biggie). As Lodi took on the beginning of his high school career so did his passion of music and writing take off as well. A sophomore at Lake High School, Lodi and his two best friends, Adam (BR) and Ryan (Caspur) started a rapping group called "A.B.G. Appeal". They wrote everyday and got studio time in at local recording places through out their time together for the two remaining years of high school, until one day Caspur announced that he had decided to go solo. Lodi and BR decided to continue doing a two man group with, "Driven X's 2". They worked together on their debut release, "U Slept in Disbelief" with their producer Jason J. Breda. The three men went to many music conventions, shows and did the best with what they had, but the end result was the two members of the group liked two completely different styles so they remained friends but called the group quits. Sticking to his music background, Lodi then began working on the greatest accomplishment of his life to date," The Turning Point". With producer Jason J. Breda and engineer Jon Denney, they constructed the most original and addicting records ever put together! The record was flown down to Nashville, Tenn. where Andrew Mendelson from Georgetown Masters completed the final mastering Sonics of the record. The process took exactly one year between all the writing, recording, mixing, mastering, designing, and duplication. Lodi now has his own web site, www.Lodimusic.com , clothing, merchandise, songs on the radio, Production Company, and is headlining shows around Cleveland, Canton and Akron packing out the clubs. "The Turning Point" is doing remarkable, but it's still not to its full potential by far. Lodi, with the help of his producer Jason are going to make sure this record gets to the ears of the nation and will leave no stone unturned until so.
