I AM Miss Arkansas figure 2004 I HOLD THE THE TITLE FROM THE PLATINUM CUP CLASSIC WHERE I WON 1ST PLACE, OVERALL AND EXTREME CONDITIONING AWARD. BEFORE THAT I WON NWA CLASSIC 1ST PLACE, AND AFTER THAT I WON THE IRON MAN GAMES I GOT 1ST PLACE AND OVER ALL. I DID NOT WIN MY FIRST YEAR I GOT THIRD IN EVERY CONTEST in 4 compitions in 2003 . so i worked hard to thicken up my muscle and do some detail work. i watched my self in every video of all my contest watched the way i walked, stood held myself and tryed to fix it.I TRAINED MYSELF AND LEARNED FROM BOOKS ,MAGS, AND AND LISTENED TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. you cant practice enough when it comes to holing poses on your turnes and look like its easy as pie.any way love the gym not looking for a man i have been with jesse wimmer for allmost 8 years and love him. i would like to make lots of good friends. THINKING OF PERSONAL TRAINING WOULD BE FUN AND A CHALLENGE .
