Their tightly-arranged, hook-laden tunes are packed with clever overdriven riffs, effects-drenched atmospherics, head-bopping beats, and infectious melodies.
Hailing from
San Diego, California, AEPNIA derives its name from a hybrid of the Greek and English meanings of apnea, and symbolizes the restlessness of ambition and determination, the dreams that keep us awake at night and distracted during the day.
But don't let the concept fool you, these guys ROCK!!! The three soulful hard rocking brothers (who truly look nothing alike) conjoin to output an enormous wall of sound, sweat, musicality, and mood. And crowds around San Diego have begun to take notice!

New Balance is the Official Shoe Sponsor of the upcoming San Diego Rock N Roll Marathon, and as an Official Sponsor they hand out free compilation CDs to runners and spectators at the Finish Line Celebration!! We are freakin' honored to be one of the 10 bands chosen!!!!
