In spite of the appealing name, the name F.E.L.O.N.Y Set stands for Free EveryONE Locked Over New York. The city of SYRACUSE Upstate, Ny is not a pleasant place to grow up in. It's a run down; get no where, dangerous neighborhood full of negativeness and poverty that drains the spirits out of everyone who lives here. This makes our story of Felony Set all the more astonishing. Despite the obvious violent allusions, according to Panama Crum- who along with partners C-Newt, and Jigg aka Swirly,and many more compromise this up and coming team. The term has more to do with creating a movement also organization like(boys & girls clubs, youth centers )to futher educate our youth make them aware of thier future if they choose the wrong road to over come harsh situations rather then fall victim to the criminal system and violence these friends lived through as youngns.
