I was loved, and I could not have been more happier if I had been living in a palace in Egypt. My first Dad loved me and wouldn't have left my side had he not died himself leaving me in the care of his daughter who took me off the farm to the big city of Chicago. I was very afraid at first, having never seen a building taller than a barn, but I learned that pigeons and squirrels were very entertaining and visitors were of most interest to my day. Then came the new husband, my best friend and football partner on Sundays. The Caribbean Bushcat came to be a very good friend indeed. We all packed up one day and traveled a great distance to a very large place with strange bugs and blue sky's, but I felt very ill and I couldn't get better. I rest in the warm desert close to my family now where they visit me often....I am still loved.
