Ciao! I am in Houston, one week away from ending my internship to become the best dietitian in the world. I am learning loads.
I love all of my fellow interns, especially Netflix (in the purple). She's funny, and likes to watch Russian war movies with a blanket over her head and the TV.
Now I am moving back to Laaandaaan!
My plan is to spend at least a couple of years in el Big Smoke, working on world-class nutritional research and becoming a prolific writer to save the world from nutritionally preventable dieases.
Then I'm thinking of moving to Rome, to study for my PhD in Epi/Biostats, while working in L'Instituto Nationale di Ricerca per gli Alimenti e Nutrizione or similar body. I'll probably get a pub job too cos that's really fun. Diversity keeps the mind fresh and the spirit bouyant.
E perche la Roma? Perche penso che - dopo sei anni di vivere con la valigia in mano - sara arrivato il tempo de stabilirmi, se non per sempre, almeno per cinque-dieci anni. Mi piacionno le citta piu storice, con piu dettalgi che attirino l'occhio, ed ho bisogno che siano pedonale. La mossa dovera essere permanente, e la citta eterna mi pare perfetta.
Aspetta! Ho dimenticato di menzionare che il calcio e una delle cose piu belle nel mundo. Ho intenzione di vedere per lo meno 3 partite alla settimana cuando arrivi in Europa. Mi fara cosi contenta!
