A native of Colorado who grew up with a loving family and a motivation to live in the planet and not just on it. I attended Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, Colorado for two years, majored in forestry- minored in music and skied every weekend for two years! While I was in the valley I met The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and John Denver, and had the opportunity to sing with all of them. Great people. Later I finished college and decided to explore another interest, the television industry. I have co-produced the 37 part PBS series "The 11th Hour". The series showcases distinguished individuals who give their lasting message to the world. What would you say to future generations on the last day of your life? Participants have included Steve Allen, Scott Hamilton, Russell Means, Roger Ebert, Dennis Weaver and Jane Goodall. My job has also given me the opportunity to produce over 80 fundraising concert events including George Carlin, Whoopi Goldberg, Paula Poundstone, Sinbad, and Damon Wayans. I spend my personal time hanging out with my fantastic husband, taking care of our beagle Madison, working on our goal to visit every National Park, educating people about animal welfare and abuse issues, serving on the Board of Governors of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and getting out to Aspen as much as possible.
