It’s like opening up your favourite ‘bitter sweet’ fairy tale books from childhood and remembering how scary they actually were.
Virginia Slints’s songs are twisted tongue in cheek pure scream therapy.
With such songs as Jezebel, Bitter Sweet and Mothers ruin, lost in imagination it is hard not to watch in ore, even if it does mean your cowering behind your pint.
If anything else enjoy the show, this angst fuelled venomous sass (will) bite you on the ass.

The fairy tale riot began in October 2006 when Miss George (Vocals/Bass), Raine (Guitar) and Penny (Drums) form Virginia Slint.
VS toured with such artists as "Liliths Army", "Love & A45" and "New York Loose" and has a manic following.
In October 2007, Raine left the band to persue her main passion of metal: A fond riot grrl salute to her.
A new year begins in 2008 with Jay joining the Girls.
2008 looks set to be a busy year ahead for Virginia Slint, the saucy vixens of hell fire!
