That is a picture of a show on Japanese TV. If you look closely, you'll see there is a guy in a leather S & M outfit humping a broomstick, a little girl laughing, some old guy in a weird kiddie uniform, some weird Chuck E. Cheese like character with a person commenting on the whole scene. LSD never gave a trip like that.... NIHON DAISUKI!
