Jessica Durre.. is a 24 year old singer/songwriter. Her music is untouched, and raw, however, not fitting into any specific category. Raised by a family of musicians, she quickly caught on and began writing songs at an early age. She has won several musicianship awards in her school choir, and was also named Lead Soprano at the Regions III Music Festival during her senior year. Her songwriting ability won the ears of Grammy-award winning producer Scott Mathews of Hit or Myth Productions, and they recorded two tracks together in California. Originally from Alaska, she has been a finalist in the Youth Category of the Alaska Song of the Year in 2001 and 2002. She has also been given a four star rating on one of her songs by Loggins Promotion.Jessica released her debut album "On The Brink" in November of 2006. She is currently working on new material and soon will release another cd.
