In the late 60's I was given a plank of wood with rubber wheels... since then my life has never been the same! Traditional employment didn't fit with the mentality that had been festering in my head from such an early age. After spending too many years in the bowels of ships I made the decision, whilst enduring a particularly tedious trans-Atlantic flight to change career to being a photographer. Seven years of college study and four years of assisting followed before I made the break in '99 to shoot for myself. Since then I have been lucky enough to indulge myself professionally in the things I love..... subcultures, machines and music.
