1 out of 7 women! BREAST CANCER doesn't discriminate...it doesn't matter how YOUNG or how old you might be...remember to do your monthly self exams...SAVE YOUR BOOBS!Support the Fight came about in May 2005...when Jamie D. was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer at the age of 27. Jamie's husband Jeff had designed a tattoo(brass knuckles with a pink ribbon), in support of her...and got it on his right chest...the same side that Jamie's cancer was on. His design became very popular and has become the logo of Support the Fight. They wanted to make a difference...they were given so much to help them get through their tough time, now they want to help others.
S.T.F. is VERY new and hoping to someday sooner than later become a non-profit organization. We will sell merchandise with OUR logo...portions of ALL proceeds will go directly to benefit those fighting the fight, to help out with copays, house cleaning, day care, meals...whatever the needs may be...Support the Fight wants to help.
Jamie's story as well as other survivor's stories are on the website (ThAnKs K.B.) and we are looking for other survivors to share their stories also.
With FAITH, FAMILY and FRIENDS...we will SURVIVE!!! Check us out...
