Timmy "Champagne" Benefit Show Video II
The Band Wagon Live w/Mick and Alan August 2008
The band Aerial was formed in the latter part of the 1980's by Michael
Hernandez in Salt Lake City, Utah. Michael, ever the businessman,
turned Aerial into one of the most sought after bands in the local
arena but it wasn't until he crossed paths with another local musician, bassist, Timmy "Champange" White. Timmy added a
new dynamic to the band. Aerial became the band to see opening for
many national acts who visited Northern Utah. Aerial toured the
northwestern United States extensively in the early to mid 90's.
Achieving a lot of local and semi-national notoriety, Aerial still was
missing a few pieces of the puzzle. Mike and Timmy put the band on
hold and explored other musical interests. In 1998, Aerial reformed
to capture their music that was so popular in the early 90's with new
guitar player Jimmy Felt. Jimmy, another veteran of Utah rock
community, had played in many rock bands. Jimmy added fire to Aerial
music that was missing. Together, they recorded the Unfinished
Business EP with a drummer Donnie Anderson from Las Vegas. Unfinished
Business, while fun to make, was truly like it's name; Unfinished.
Knowing that Donnie was unwilling to move north to Utah, Aerial had to
find a permanent drummer. They found Ivin Jay. This incarnation of
Aerial has played to packed houses all over the west, including Los
Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas, opening for bands like Dokken, LA
Guns, Warrant and many more.Aerial entered Counterpoint Studios in Salt Lake City to finally
capture what the band has strived for in two earlier attempts: Capture
the music on tape the way they play it live. They've done that with
"Reentry." Reentry finds Aerial at the top of their game. The songs
that has made the band a mountain west favorite are finally recorded
and produced the way they've always dreamed of. Huge guitars, slamming
bass and great vocals. Each song stands the test of time thanks to
four musicians who've never lost sight of their goals and kept their
passion for playing alive.

"This isnt heroin induced dogma! This is all-American Rock n Roll, of the Hollywood variety, delivered by four artists who honed their chops on rock, in a time when Rock was not a dirty word preceded by the dreaded qualifier classic.
If your tastes lean towards droning bass and manic depressive lyrics, served up on a wall of mono-dynamic sound pressure levels that you can beat your wife to, look north, towards Seattle.
But if youre looking for something to kick-start your adrenaline flow and paint a smile across your face, this is the next best thing to riding your Harley up the Pacific Coast Highway, and it wont get bugs in your teeth!
Rock n Roll was never supposed to be "popular". It was born out of rebellion of the status quo.
And once again, Rock n Roll is returned to the true believers, the faithful, the Aerial Airforce."
