Jon Stewart

Jon Stewart (born Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz on November 28, 1962 in Lawrence, NJ) is a nine-time Emmy-winning American comedian, satirist, actor, author, and producer. He is best known as the host of Comedy Central's The Daily Show and for his political satire. Jon Stewart currently resides in New York. He has a wife named Tracey Lynn McShane and two children, a son Nathan Thomas Stewart, and a daughter Maggie Rose Stewart.

The Daily Show With Jon Stewart

Jon Stewart took over as host on Monday, January 4, 1999. Stewart had previously hosted two shows on MTV (You Wrote It, You Watch It and an eponymous talk show) and been cast in films and television. The Daily Show Is Currently On "Christmas Break" and will resume January 8th, 2007 at 11:00pm.
