As an actor my biggest role was in Coach Carter that I enjoyed being a part of and I've had smaller roles in The TV shows The O.C. and C.S.I. on the silver screen I took part in "Havoc","SuperCross","Mongol", "War of the Worlds" She's the Man, and Step Up.

I loved my Nana and my Papa. They were my roots. Every summer my folks sent me off to the country to stay with them, hoping to keep me out of trouble. And you know grandparents are so real they don't even know how to be fake. They never bother saying what you want to hear, they just say "this is the way it is." I'd get up to something and they would just look at me and shake their heads and say: "Oh Channing ..."
