His DJ-career started at the age of 16 in 1986 when he starts playing at partys in Belgium.
At this time he was listening at new wave and groups as Bauhaus, Skinny Puppy and Front 242 to name a few.
He organized and played at several parties at that moment. When the New Beat and House movement made his appearance in Belgium he started to play as a guest in different places.
His first party took place in Gent in a club called 'Pas Normal' and he played with 100% Isis from Amsterdam, Fred Nasen from Balmoral and Visitor records, Olivier Gosseries from Who' Who's Land and Mo and Benoelie better know todays as Glimmer Twins.
At this time he is playing a lot of differents styles such as techno, tribal, house, trance & goa trance. "I can't play one style, it's too dificult to express myself in just one direction".
His first residency began at club Heaven in 1995. Then he played as a resident in club Nova in Tournai. Finally in 1999 he started to play every sunday morning at "La Bush" with DJ George's till 2003 and also every sunday afternoon at club Mirado.In 2003 he started his residency at club "Escape Concept" till september 2006,after this he was monthly resident in"The Barocco" till end 2006
At this moment he play more with bookings everywhere
He play many time in "La Rocca" on Sunday with Dj Marko.also he have played as guest dj in clubs like "Creamm","Space club","Cherry Moon", "Tour & Taxi", "Extreme", "Cruises to Pleasure", "City Parade", "Outline", "Cube", "King's","Barcode"... and many differents parties. He played also outside Belgium in countries like France, Luxembourg, Germany, Holland,Ibiza (Bora Bora),Goa(India)&Thailand.
Dava is also producer and make some tracks in collaboration with José R. Garcia on Enigma Record,FAITH MUSIC & Bonzai.You can find his last remix "Morning on the terrace" on bonzai fiesta record.His musical style is a mix of between techno, electro, tribal, house, club & trance music.
