BiographyDirect from Panama City, El Conde the newest breakthrough sensation of the moment who with his upbeat dancehall appeal is paving the way of the new innovative and fresh sound of the Latin Urban realm. In 1999 he formed part of a treo Latin group called 911 (Nueve Once), which sold over 50,000 copies in 2 months of the album titled “Que Lo Que Esta Pasando†and occupied the Billboard top 10 for 4 weeks consecutively with the independent effort of their label, Prestige Records.The urban Latin scene is a red carpet ticket for the experience of a lifetime as his unique style combines and re-invents from influences of Reggae’s greats, El General, Beenie Man, Super Cat, Nando Boom, and Vico C. This pure danceable rhythm is a flag of what El Conde is set out to do. Give me ReggaeSon or give me death! El Conde’s loyalty of his representation of the new hype is making a buzz with a claim that he is indeed getting the fire of this new sound and energy out to the public that awaits him.ReggaeSon is the next after the well known explosion of what is Reggaeton. El Conde feels that an artist has to have a certain level of crazy to know what the people want to hear.
