I am a writer. My soul is in the written word, though currently I only have one completely finished manuscript (alas, unpublished) to my name. The title is Heir of Arynia, and I plan to send it to agents in the spring. I read constantly anything from the classics to modern fiction and I am always researching for my own projects. My favorite authors include Tamora Pierce, Meghan Walen Turner, Chris Wooding, Jane Austin, Charles Dickens, Micheal Scott, Allison Croggan and Stephanie Meyer. There's several more, but I'll avoid filling my entire page with the names of those gifted with litterary eloquence.Beyond my writing, I enjoy cooking and baking (a graduate of culinary arts school and all of that fun stuff.) I like getting new recipes and finding new cuisine ideas and how better to do that than to travel? In school, I spent 3 months living in New Orleans, Louisiana studying the secrets of cajun/creole/soul cooking, and of course, ghost stories and folklore of the american south. It was quite the experience.My current goals of traveling are geared toward Ireland. With luck in a year or two I wil be living in the beautiful country, studying art, literature, and mideival archetecture.I love music. I've played the piano for fourteen years and I'm always learning something new. Fencing is the only sport I participate in and I adore it! I also am involved with historical interactive outdoor imporvisational theatre, and any form of theatre for that matter---both on and off stage.
