Hollywood Canteen

Hollywood Canteen - Since 1942

About Me

Asian Night! Feb 9th (Fri)!
The Hollywood Canteen was founded by Bette Davis & John Garfield, modeled after broadways "Stage Door Canteen". On October 3, 1942 the doors opened and a legend was born. The Hollywood Canteen was the place to be for service men and many of Hollywood's biggest names. Now, over 60 years later the Hollywood Canteen continues to serve as a place for entertainment & good times.

An open-air patio doubles as a contemporary lounge while the 40's art deco dining area harkens the days when Bette ran the show. Chill out in the "Love Den", an old air-stream trailer from the 40's. Whether you are into excellent food, great music or a cozy place to chill out... HC's the place for you.
Come be apart of the legend lives on!
