Irish music is my passion since 1994. I had mainly listened to 70's progressive rock. But then I saw the TV broadcast of the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer Norway. The ceremonies had wonderful Nordic music by Annbjørg Lien with Bukkene Bruse. A friend told me that I would also like Irish music and he loaned me some CD's of Dervish, Altan, Martin Hayes, and Wolfstone. I liked it all! Then I started learning to play the Irish drum, the bodhran. Since then I have played with some of Ireland's best musicians, including playing on stage with Danu, Dervish, Bohola and The Paperboys. The greatest session I have ever been in was with Dervish and Teada, all together in a pub in Sonora in 2005..........I am "Entertainment Specialist" at an Indian casino... I had the pleasure of doing a few projects with my teenage years idol Rick Wakeman of Yes, including a tour I organized in 1994 and doing the initial negotiations in 1999 with EMI records for Wakeman's sequel album "Return to the Centre of the Earth".........
