...one of the best known gospel choirs in Sweden-The Master’s Voice
For more than 15 years, the choir has performed it's dedicated mixture of gospel, soul, dance and joy. The Master's Voice was founded in 1998 at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm. Today the choir consists of 20 individual voices, all put together to a unique sound creating one of the leading voices for gospel in Sweden. All of the members have different backgrounds and their own story to tell, thus adding up to an original sound.

Through the years The Master's Voice has had the privilege to work with several artists, such as: Daryl Coley, Eugene Cole, Ron Kenoly, Roland Utbult, Carola, Cyndee Peters, Per-Erik Hallin, Bengt Johansson, Ulf Lundell, Sharon Dyall, Fredrik Swahn, Björn Skifs and Lill Lindfors.
1997 we participated in a national choir competition with 600 choirs from all around Sweden, and finished second best.
In August 2002 we had the pleasure to go on a Sweden tour with the American pianist and singer/songwriter Michael Ruff.
The Master's voice went on a US tour in April 2003. The tour went to Atlanta, Georgia, where the choir performed in various black churches. We shared a wonderful experience at these places where gospel music has its roots.
In the summer of 2003 The master's Voice made an appreciated appearance at Stockholm Jazz Festival.
In May 2004 we went on a tour to London, UK, where we performed in several churches.
In the fall of 2006 we toured London, Germany and Italy.
The Master's Voice has recorded four albums. The latest - God Will Make a Way - LIVE was released in December 2005. In August 2007 the choir also released a DVD – Live in Stockholm 2007. This was the first gospel DVD ever produced in Sweden.
