Its all about remembering and understanding. Realizing and accepting. Its not about fearing.
Everyone has dreams and hopes and desires. And it is part of human nature to be weak and to be afraid. Something I am currently learning to accept of myself.
I am a person who hates crying infront of others and sees that sharing thier feelings and problems is a weakness (but only a weakness for me). Yet I find myself to be a lover of helping, a lover of compassion and desire to please others and see that they are happy... too often pushing my own happiness aside.
A stranger not too long ago- just by looking at me said, "it is ok to be vaulnerable and weak. Everyone is vaulnerable and weak in some way.
I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve (or so I am told)... And my face can tell a million stories- my eyes bring to light my soul where all can be seen.
And for when I was a child and my mother left when I was 5 and I shed no tears and asked no questions- all around me believed that I would grow up to be a strong person- and so maybe I have become such... too strong for my own skin to allow others in.
And so the war begins and fury takes over (thanks Darren sorry I stole your line)
