I am Christian (Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod), which means that I believe that my salvation is solely by the grace of God through faith in Christ Jesus and that faith was given to me freely by the Holy Spirit without any works on my part. I try to live a Christian life, which makes me seem prudish to some, but then I just mostly hang with the people who are also Christians. I am active in my congregation and was delegate to my denomination's national convention last year; ham radio operator interested in emergency communications and public service, one of several net control operators for four nets, and editor of club newsletter; sometimes church musician.
